MEQUON, WI -- Alliant Insurance Associates, LLC partners, Fitzgerald, Clayton, James & Kasten and The Bruce Gendelman Company, Inc., have completed construction and moved into their new 20,000 square foot building in Mequon.

"The growth our firms have been experiencing over the past several years prompted us to look for more office space. As we explored our options, designing and building our own facility became the best long term choice," said Todd James, Chief Executive Officer of Fitzgerald, Clayton, James & Kasten.

The two-story masonry building is located at 10335 N. Port Washington Road, just South of Donges Bay Road in Mequon. Amenities in the new building include:

• High-speed telecommunications technologies;
• Energy efficient technologies, such as an automated lighting system;
• Large multi-purpose meeting room space with kitchen facilities;
• Surface parking for more than 60 vehicles; and,
• Fitness room, exercise equipment and locker room facilities for employees.

"Our new facility has been designed to help us serve clients more efficiently and provides a better work environment for our enthusiastic teams of insurance and risk management professionals," said James, who also serves as Managing Partner of Alliant Insurance Associates.
